During college, Haley worked as a blogger for the tutoring website, Studypool, under a variety of pen names. She also worked as a marketing ghostwriter for many blogs to drive traffic to different online businesses.

Other than her blog writing experience, Haley has written other 50 detailed reports for Team Enterprises describing consumer comments and event details. As a brand ambassador, she takes notes about the promo she is working and helps her tour managers complete their event recaps at the end.

At Texas Tech University, Haley worked as the head student assistant of the school’s web team. She trained new hires learn the web development software during their first few days on the job and continued to provide help after training.

Haley also helped find new brand ambassadors at her university for Team Enterprises and trained them on how to promote products, setup and teardown their displays, and write their recaps.

During the two years Haley worked as a server, Haley trained new servers learn the menu, floor plan, and interacting with customers. Even after the servers completed their training, she continued to provide support and tips to these new hires to help the restaurant stay successful.

Background: While Haley was attending Texas Tech University in Lubbock, she worked as a brand ambassador all over the city. Her main gigs were sampling beer, wine, and spirits in stores.

Store managers typically didn’t like brand ambassadors because of their lack of consistency. Brand ambassadors showed up late, didn’t have all their equipment, and would ask store managers questions they should have already known the answers to. When Haley started brand ambassador work, she quickly booked sampling events every weekend and proved to be an asset to store. By always being prepared and courteous of the stores she worked at, store manager took notice and started to request her.

Over time, haley developed professional relationships with beer and wine reps in smaller companies and booked events directly through them. Haley found her weekends packed with Brand Ambassador work and rarely had to work during the week while attending school.

She also referred colleagues from her classes to work as brand ambassadors and trained them on how to sale products, create their displays, and complete recaps. Before she left Lubbock, Texas to pursue new projects, store managers had a better outlook of brand ambassadors and the marketing companies gained newly trained employees to replace her.

Over the past three years as a brand ambassador and event manager, Haley had become very particular on how she sets up an event. She likes everything to look perfect so that consumers can experience the event to the full extent that it was designed to be.

Haley developed this attention to detail during her time working at Radio Shack in high school. She was put in charge of designing the in-store and window displays over the entire year she worked with the store.
